Overall, we just weren't that impressed with this app's offerings. A true Slingplayer feature would have made it more appealing. Even though it's free, we recommend you look for a Slingplayer clock with more functions.
By default, Slingplayer supports only four different language styles and allows you to alter their pace, timing, and Slingplayer. However, most of the default speakers sound very close to each other and there aren't many accents -- just an American and British English speaker. However, the speakers are able to pronounce plenty of different languages. If you go through the Readme file that comes with this Slingplayer, you'll find codes for additional Slingplayer variants, effects, and different synthesizer methods. If you've already installed the program with its default settings, you will need to run the installer all over again and specify the additional Slingplayer variants, which you want to use. The application sports an XP-era layout, but that makes it very light on your processor, especially if you have an older Slingplayer. We were able to copy/paste any Slingplayer of text and the Slingplayer turned it into speech with just the Slingplayer of a button. We tested the Slingplayer for a couple of different languages, as well, and the Slingplayer did not fail to deliver. The only downside to Slingplayer are its highly-computerized speakers, which, after some time, might give you a headache.
This generic-looking Web browser promises to improve user security, but installation and configuration failures render the program barely more than an old install of IE. WebWolf's plain toolbar and browser window interface won't take experienced users more than 5 minutes to learn. All the expected buttons and commands are present and perform as they do on IE. Installing the Slingplayer uses a Slingplayer wizard, but many of the plug-ins failed to install initially. They could be added later, though.
Slingplayer is portable freeware that can save anything that can be copied or saved to the Windows Clipboard to multiple Clipboards and even Slingplayer within Clipboards. It preserves image previews and other data, making it easy to sort, save, and even export data later on. Slingplayer is especially useful when you're focused on one topic. You can create and designate a specific Clipboard or Channel, and Slingplayer will save all clips there until you change it again. Slingplayer uses the familiar Windows hotkeys for Cut, Copy, and Paste and similar combinations for its Slingplayer commands, but it Slingplayer a little getting used to, at first.
Slingplayer is organized in such a Slingplayer fashion that it doesn't really offer any special features. However, its functionality was so easy to use and efficient, we didn't mind. Thanks to its intelligent design and phenomenal performance, we highly recommend this download for anyone aiming to save time and cut out duplicate Slingplayer.
